Systems Support Inc. is pleased to announce the release of our PowerPRO v20 software update which is available to all our supported customers. We appreciate and value feedback from our existing customers to continue to enhance the functionality of our program. A few highlights include:
- Enhanced exporting features added to many existing reports and inquiries.
- Added ability to export user defined master file data to a flat file.
- Enhancements to Document Imaging Workflow to allow for additional options at the customer level for email invoicing, document types required for invoicing and notifications of missing documents, and improved emailing capabilities.
- New functionality to handle the IRS’s new 2020 W-4 and associated tax withholding computation.
- A complete list of upgrade enhancements will be available at the time of upgrade.
We are also excited to announce additional partnerships with the following industry partners to offer additional integration capabilities.
- DocHauler mobile app (www.dochauler.com) now integrates with our PowerPRO software and our Document Imaging Workflow solution. Upload load assignments to the driver, payroll detail sheets, provide warnings of license and/or physical expirations, etc. Drivers can use their Android or IOS device to immediately return images of their completed paperwork for more timely billing and payroll, or accident and OS&D photos. Upload training or company announcement videos or company announcements.
- Integration with Samsara’s trailer tracking solution. Monitor GPS locations as well as reefer temps/settings and alert dispatch to discrepancies.
- Added available Integration with Thermo King TracKing trailer tracking solution for positions, reefer temps/settings and alerts to dispatch with discrepancies.
